Clear Wash UK is Dimi’s business, not a franchise, not a call centre. When you book, it’s Dimi who quotes, Dimi who turns up, and Dimi you ring if anything’s not right.
Started with a window round. Grew because customers kept asking “can you do the drive as well?”
Clear Wash UK began as a local window cleaning round in Stockton-on-Tees. The customers on that round are still with us, and most of the other services on this site exist because they asked for them. Gutters and fascias first, then driveways, patios and tarmac.
We’ve stayed deliberately small: one van, proper kit, and a round we can actually keep on top of. It means you get the same person every time, a text the day before, and a price that’s a price, no contracts, no surprises, and you only pay once it’s done.

Do it properly
The right method for the surface: gentle pressure on sandstone, purified water on glass, the proper sealer on tarmac. Never the quick way if it’s the wrong way.

A text the day before, and we’re there. If the weather beats us, you’ll hear from us first.

Paths rinsed, moss taken away, nothing left on the lawn. You should only notice what’s clean, not what we left behind.
